Shipping policy

Shipping Policies. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In cases where we are experiencing high volume of orders, the processing time will be 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays), however, we will notify customers if we are experiencing high volume orders. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, with the necessary shipping details. 

We have partnered with The Courier Guy to fulfill our orders. If you wish to arrange your own courier to deliver from your address or collect from your address, you are welcome to do so.  Please ensure to provide us with the correct delivery or collection information beforehand.
