Chair arrived yesterday. Assembly was straight forward. You will need help in moving it once assembled. Getting in and out of it is easy. Heat and massage are great features. It is a very nice chair for the older, less mobile individual. Now let's see how long it lasts. For the money it does deserve the 5 stars I gave it.
